MINDSET COACHING
$90 per session
Dedicate 60 minutes to work one-on-one with me through my mindset coaching service, where I help you navigate the demands of busy work life, find balance, and build a healthy relationship with training.
Together, we’ll discuss time management, prioritise your goals, and arrange your week to set you up for success. Whether it’s balancing work, fitness, or personal life, I’ll provide the support and strategies to help you stay focused, motivated, and aligned with your goals.

Is a unique and inviting fitness experience where friends and clients are welcome to train at Joel’s home gym. This service offers a group fitness class tailored to suit all fitness levels, led by Joel himself. Expect high-energy workouts designed to challenge and inspire, paired with great vibes, motivating playlists, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s not just about breaking a sweat—it’s about having fun, connecting with others, and enjoying the journey to better health in a laid-back yet focused environment. Whether you’re a regular or a newcomer, Joel’s Garage Gym is all about community, support, and making fitness a memorable experience.
